I didn't appreciate hearing the owners yelling at the staff where the public could see & hear. When I asked for them to omit an item from my order I was told I couldn't & the way they make it is perfect. Apparently the customer is not right & you get what they want you to have not what you want. Very poor!

food is decently priced and is reasonably seasoned to taste. dry ribs are exceptional, sports bar is nice touch above restaurant area with many big event prize giveaways and such. overall what you would say an average greek owned restaurant. so quality is still good and service is good also.

Thomas Cook is a fantastic restaurant. The food and service is excellent.

Excellent food, horrible service. We were charged $5.95 for our 7 year old daughter to get an extra plate for the appetizers we ordered to share!!! I have never heard of such craziness, we are from North Dakota and didn't agree that we should have to pay $5.95 for an empty plate, how rude!! We spent alot of money there and ordered drinks from their bar even, this is NOT an example of good customer service!!

When first my friends asked me to go there I did not agree but after tasting the food I Love it. Now on any time I can go there and eat the delicious food.
