Food portions were small for the price.

have found this restaurant to be quite pricey since they upgraded the sushi bar. What's up with the skimpy portions? The spider roll use to be a quarter bigger in size, and two dollars cheaper! And what's up with not being able to order the spinach gomaee as an appetizer? I'll wait for Vancouver for sushi.

Michi is very very good. Maybe because it is the first place I had sushi, but haven't had anything as good elsewhere. Saskatoon, Calgary, winnipeg, nothing as good.

Too bad their website doesn't always work, for ordering ahead or takeaway. Lineups can be an issue.

Michi's Japanese restaurant is excellent. I've eaten in Japanese restaurants all over North America and Michi's ranks well with the best of them.. Tada and the other Sushi chefs from Japan are excellent. The service is also excellent, particularily Kenta who will always give you good descriptions and recommendations. Best Sushi by far in Regina or Saskatoon by far. The toro is some of the best I've tasted anywhere, but also great combo dinners . You won't go wrong. No, I DON'T work for the restaurant, but we have been loyal customers since they have been open.

it wasn't exellent but it was good. the food tasted fresh and the service was alright. portions are very small for the price.
