Because I like Pizza Hut I have come back a couple times after recieving terrible service, both times the orders were mixed up and one time it took 1.5 hours to have delivered.
Today the kid on the phone had no clue how to take an order, I was put on hold twice for a totatl of 15 mins, enough is enough.
I found a new favorite place, the new Pizza Pizza down the street is excellent.

I agree that it is the worst place to order pizza. Ordered at 500 still not there at 630. Manager did not care when we called to tell her it was not there yet. In fact she said that she did not want to deal with our compaint.

One of the worst places to order from - Ordered at 515 - cancelled at 800 - no pizza is worth waiting 3 hours for!!
